Every time I search for a men's gift guide, I end up coming across the same things: leather wallets, dark knit beanies, beer soap, and wooden everything. I get it, America - men like manly things! But, some also like colorful things that are funny and lighthearted and don't degrade women or mention farts. Since I've been with an artist for over 8 years, I'm used to having to search outside the box for interesting and fun gifts. Though I'm not sure Brandon would choose a cat iPad holder, I do know some man somewhere would appreciate it. So...color-loving men, this one is for you.
1. Urban Outfitters, Love Myself Pin, $10
2. Madewell, Areaware Bottle Opener, $12
3. H&M, Donut Shirt, $24.99

May your holidays look like rainbows and kittens! You do you.
I love the holidays! One of my favorite parts of winter is cozying up on my sofa listening to music and drinking hot cocoa. I'm kind of a hermit, but it's OK..right? Winter is for bundling up, getting some good old crafts done, and forcing my husband to watch Christmas movies with me. I created this gift guide with exactly that feeling in mind!
1. Ban.do, Back Me Up Charger, $30
2. Urban Outfitters, Cat Headphones, $40
3. Target, Fur Throw Blanket, $24.99
4. J.Crew, Lodge Moccasins, $49.50
5. J.Crew, Skinny Jogger, $49.99
Just mix in your favorite snack, a mug filled with marshmallows (and a little cocoa for good measure), and your favorite Spotify playlist for a wonderful night in. Add these to Santa's wishlist or just treat yo'self.

Summer is my least favorite season. I'm a pale lady who's not a huge fan of tank tops, shorts, bathing suits, sandals....summer clothing in general. I burn so quickly that the beach is kind of a nightmare for me. The only exciting thing about summer is that it means fall is coming! I love just about everything about fall, but my fall closet is my favorite. This year I'm looking forward to skinny jeans, peasant tops, little bags, nude shoes, and boho jewelry. Today I'm sharing 5 pieces in my dream fall wardrobe for under $50 each!
1. Urban Outfitters, Mini Crossbody Bag, $40
2. Madewell, Arrowstitch Peasant Top, $50
3. Target, High Rise Skinny Jean, $30
4. Modcloth, Straightforward Moving Heel, $40
5. Calico, Rock On Pendant, $11

Wedding registries are tricky! You're supposed to put together a list of gifts for both you and your soon-to-be hubby that is realistic, mixes price points, and fits your aesthetic. Brandon and I struggled pretty hard with coming up with ours, but in the end we were able to come up with a good collection. Our registry has items as low as $5 and items as high as $400. We used it as a collection of gifts guests can pool together to purchase or buy without breaking the bank. In addition, we'll be using it as a wish-list after the wedding to purchase some of our own favorites that weren't purchased. I wanted to share 5 registry gifts under $50 that I included in my registry, but could definitely work for yours!
1. Something fun! Target, Hippo Cookie Jar, $20
2. Something functional! Amazon, White Tea Kettle, $30
3. Something Small! Crate & Barrel, Bamboo Chopsticks, $6
4. Something for the Wedding Day! BHLDN, Vow Journals, $28
5. Something you want! Target, Starburst Mirror, $40
Of course, you should personalize your list to cater to your wants, needs, and style! Maybe a hippo cookie jar isn't exactly "you", but a fun kitchen timer may be! Or a cute accessory for your living room. Or a fun calendar. Use your imagination! In addition to all the essentials, keep these tips in mind when creating your wedding registry and you'll be in good shape for your shower! xo Courtney
Since putting together my wedding registry, I've become addicted to the look of white marble. It looks so rich, clean, modern, and timeless! Though real marble can cost you an arm and a leg, marble inspired pieces give you the look for far less. I've collected a small marble inspired gift guide of five pieces for under $50 each!
Crate & Barrel is killing it in the marble game this season! I've mentally added these all to my (already ridiculous) wedding registry because they're totally functional, but absolutely stylish. I cannot wait to decorate my own place again. Give me alllll the stone!
So, we're a little behind on this one...sorry! As you probably already know, every year Pantone introduces the years hottest color. This year the color is Radiant Orchid. The name is pretty fitting. It really is radiant, and it really is orchid. We love this shade of purple here at Budgeted Bliss!
We've put together a collection of five things under $50 that you can get to be a small part of this yearly color trend! From home decor to fashion to kitchenware, this shade is everywhere!
Every now and then, everyone needs a little extra shimmer in their life. Be it your nails, jewelry, clothing, or decor.... A bit of bling won't hurt anyone.
Here are some pieces that can help brighten your day for $50 or less!

The first part of having an enjoyable night in is making sure you're perfectly comfortable. I find it so hard to buy clothes just to "lay around in". This Pippa Pullover from Anthropologie is just under $40, and could be worn for lounge, or with jeans and riding boots for a perfect day look. It's the perfect balance between casual/cute/comfortable and I'm in love with the neutral tone. That's just part 1 of "the perfect night in".

Skulls! Who doesn’t love a good skull!? It seems as though this once frightening sign of death has really taken off in the world of fashion beyond it’s beloved home in the punk/metal/rock world. Skulls are popping up everywhere, and clearly is a trend that seems to just be getting bigger and bigger. If you know me, you know I am definitely a fan of skulls and I’m not afraid to share my love!
1. BONE-appetite! This skulls and cross-utensil plate is perfect. (from Etsy) It really is perfect for someone who is looking to add a little character to their dish collection, what a better way then this $22 white ceramic 9 inch plate. The screen-printed glaze is comical and bad ass at the same time! You can choose which color glaze best suits you; grey, black, and blue. Granted, they are sold as a one piece but the seller is willing to negotiate if you’re looking for a complete set. Can’t get much better than that.
